FAQs
Are the medications exactly the same as those dispensed in the USA?
The ingredient and dose that you order will match those dispensed in the USA, but the color, form, shape, and size may differ around the world. Prilosec, for example, was always a purple capsule in the USA, but an orange tablet everywhere else.
How long does it typically take for shipments to arrive?
Shipping times are typically 2-3 weeks depending on speed through US customs and US post office delivery times.
Are all medications available?
We facilitate all non-specialty brand-name medications and many specialty medications. However, if the medication is a narcotic or controlled substance, it cannot be shipped to the US.
Can I get a brand medication internationally instead of a generic available in the US?
Only medications covered under the employer-sponsored pharmacy benefit can be shipped at no out-of-pocket cost to plan enrollee.
